Those years consisted of countless hours of driving, phone calls, letter exchanging, lots of tears (mostly me) and “I miss yous”.
I was rushing around helping my mom with dinner and he asked if I was ready for the walk and I said “I should probably shower first,” but eager to just hurry and get back. ) as I was still wearing my bathing suit and cover up dress (with a guacamole all over it), a baseball hat and no makeup.
So, we started our walk on the beach with Talon and my cousin Faith.
He loves to remind me that he only thought we would last three months, well let me tell you…he said “I love you” then!
Fall of 2012 came and it was time for relationship to be tested for the next four years.
We stopped and Faith asked if we wanted to get a picture and I was definitely against it, but Jacob insisted.

But when we made it through all four years of college, I knew there wasn't anything that we couldn't handle.
Given that realization, I didn't have a single doubt that Cori was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.
